They were responsible for the sale of The Plaza Hotel’s residential PH-2003 for $29M in March 2019 and PH-2009 for $32.7M in 2017. The sale of PH-2003 was the highest dollar per square foot ever achieved in the building. Additionally, in November 2018, they closed on 432 Park Avenue upper floor B line for $29M. In January 2019, they closed on Apt 75CE at 80 Columbus Circle Residences. They were also responsible for the highest sale ever at the Residences at The Mandarin Oriental New York, PH-77B closed for a record $38.9M or $8062 per square foot. In 2016, they handled the sale of PH-78 at 25 Columbus Circle for $51.5M and 157 West 57th Street Apt 62A for $31M. In 1998 they sold the Pierre PH Triplex for $20.5M – the largest deal ever transacted at that time.
