Jane Klaris joins the Sample-Powers team with 20 years of on-site high-end real estate experience. She is a results-driven sales and marketing professional in luxury residential properties with national and international clientele. Jane is a skilled communicator with a natural rapport-building ability and an extensive network rooted in New York City and extending internationally. For the past eight years, Jane worked at Extell, one of the largest and most active developers in Manhattan. Originally hired to represent The Carlton House, a luxury redevelopment on Madison Avenue, Jane was brought onboard six months ahead of its launch and placed on the ultra-high end, "Billionaire's Row'" project One57, where she did several significant deals generating sales of $200M before returning to her primary assignment. Jane's creative input in its marketing campaign combined with sales strategies helped contribute to global sales of $477M at The Carlton House. From 2012-2020, Jane worked on many facets of projects, from pre-design and planning to the creation of the marketing campaign and collateral through to on-site sales and closings. She regularly and effectively interfaced with attorneys, architects, designers, JV partners, bankers, marketing and creative teams, brokers, on site sales teams as well as purchasers. In 2016, Jane launched and led the international sales and marketing initiative for The Kent, 200 East 95th Street. She collaborated with media and public relations agencies to create and implement a strategic marketing plan that led to sales of $147M. Prior to working at Extell, Jane was the Sales Director at The Setai Condominium Club and Spa, 40 Broad Street where she launched and marketed the Setai Hotel & Resorts first presence in New York City. She generated gross sales of $146M in two years during the construction phase. Jane is an established member of the Upper East Side which has been her home for 37 years. She has made deep connections with the city's top brokers counting many as her friends. Jane's extensive network has helped her excel at lead generation, which is the lifeblood of real estate sales. Her decades of luxury experience, vast connections with Manhattan's affluent community, her compassionate and warm personality and dedication and enthusiasm is an immediate and significant contribution to the Sample-Powers team.
